Write to Publish (W2P)

Article Publication Certificate Course (non-credit)

A 12-week series of workshops designed to guide postdocs and graduate students through the process of crafting and polishing a manuscript for publication.

This series is best for participants who have already conducted research and have a conference presentation or course paper they wish to revise for publication.

Workshops run 1 x week for 50 minutes for 12 weeks..

Participants  may find it beneficial to purchase Wendy Belcher’s WRITING YOUR JOURNAL ARTICLE IN TWELVE WEEKS.

Participants who complete all 12 sessions earn a W2P Certificate of Completion.

Grant Writes is a series of co-sponsored, co-developed offerings for CSU faculty, postdocs, researchers, and graduate students. CSU Writes partners with resident experts to provide low-stakes grant writing support and feedback. Our partners include such avid writers as Dr. Stu Tobet of Biomedical Engineering, Dr. Jeff Wilusz of Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology, Dr Izabela Ragan of Biomedical Sciences, and the OVPR’s Research Acceleration Office.

Each semester Grant Writes offers a variety of options–from drop-in writing sessions to workshops and retreats. In the Spring semesters, Grant Writes emphasizes NSF Career projects. For those writers who seek NSF funds from non-deadline divisions, you can use GRANT Writes to set your own deadlines to get the proposal submitted.

CSU Writes has supported writers of successful internal and small grants to NIH-R01, NSF-Career, DARPA, USDA, Beottcher, and other granting agencies.
